Guide · 01

Start with the right checklist

Request the checklist for your destination, travel purpose and application route. A general internet list can omit something relevant or ask for documents you do not need.

  • Tell the team your nationality and residence.
  • Mention your purpose of travel and accompanying family.
  • Ask which documents must be originals or copies.
Flat lay of travel essentials including a world map, compass, and planner, perfect for planning your next adventure.

Guide · 02

Make every copy readable

Use even lighting and include all edges of the page. Check the image at normal reading size before sharing it.

  • Avoid glare, blurred lettering and cropped pages.
  • Keep both sides when requested.
  • Follow the file format and size instructions supplied.

Guide · 03

Check the details together

Look for spelling differences, inconsistent dates and information that no longer reflects your circumstances. Explain discrepancies rather than editing official documents.

  • Compare names with the passport.
  • Use current contact information.
  • Mention changes that affect the travel plan.

Guide · 04

Share documents through the agreed route

General enquiry forms are for the first conversation. They do not collect passport uploads. Ask the team where and when to send documents; avoid supplying more sensitive information than requested.
